Biography
Vuk Vuckovic was born in 1986 in Pancevo. He graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. Now he is working on his doctoral project, as a (third) last year student of Doctoral studies of painting at the same University.
His work was exhibited more than 100 times on 13 solo and 60 group exhibitions, and he also took part in over 30 artistic events and an organizer and participant. Vuk Vuckovic’s work tends to be innovative in its view, pleading for the artistic freedom. Beside drawing and painting, he is engaged in other aspects of art as well.
Vuk Vuckovic is Member of the Association of Serbian visual artists and activists of informal group of conceptual artists “ART if ACT”. He won numerous awards for his work. He lives and works in Pancevo (Serbia) as an independent artist.
